If there are any delays due to stock unavailability or any other reasons, we will inform you promptly via email.


2. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to most locations within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we may expand shipping locations in the future.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the products you order, as well as your shipping location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer promotional discounts or free shipping offers at our discretion from time to time.


4. Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Failed Deliveries and Returns

In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details, non-availability of the recipient, or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. If you need to update the address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.


9. Shipping Insurance

For certain high-value items, we may include shipping insurance to cover loss or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Returns and Warranty Policy to initiate the return process.


10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may have already been processed for shipment and cancellations may not be possible.
