1. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order under certain circumstances. Please review the following conditions:
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

- Cancellations are free of charge if the order has not been processed for shipment.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return (as per our Returns Policy) after receiving the product.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once the product has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process mentioned in our Returns and Warranty Policy. Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the cancellation is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
2. Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds promptly and efficiently. The refund process depends on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances of the cancellation.
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued for the following reasons:
- Order cancellation (before shipment).
- Return of defective or damaged items.
- Incorrect items received (items not as per the order).
Refunds are processed only after the product is returned and inspected.
2.2 Refund Process
- Refunds for Order Cancellations: If your order is canceled before shipment, we will initiate a refund immediately to the original payment method used.
- Refunds for Returns: Once the returned item is inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
2.3 Refunds for Payment Failures
In case of payment failure, if an amount has been deducted from your account but the order was not processed, a full refund will be issued. This refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
2.4 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.). If the payment was made via cash on delivery, you will be refunded through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of return receipt or order cancellation. However, the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank’s processing time, which could take additional 5 to 7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless unopened.
- Hygiene-related items that have been opened.
- Gift cards or vouchers once they have been used.
- Items on final sale or deeply discounted.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order ID, product details, and the reason for cancellation or refund.
- Return the Product: If required, return the product following our Returns Policy.

SHOPOM.IN reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through notifications on our website. The Effective Date of the updated policy will be reflected at the top of this page.
