User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions that govern the access and use of SHOPOM.IN (“Platform”), owned and operated by MA STAR CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using this platform, you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach any part of this Agreement.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, product images, and graphics on SHOPOM.IN are the property of MA STAR CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SHOPOM.IN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
